Hi! Let me introduce myself.
I’m Mark Lippmann. I was overweight most of my adult life. I tried to lose weight many times over the years, but I failed or regained the weight because I didn’t have a plan that would make for a life-long change.
In my forties, I weighed almost 300 pounds. I finally decided to make a real change.


Inspired by my sister’s weight loss journey, which was featured in Shape magazine a few years ago, I decided to make the kind of change I could maintain for the rest of my life.
I began working to improve my health and focused on getting fit. I found myself feeling healthier, stronger, and happier. Here is my body transformation after 40 story.
