Spinach, berries, and banana offer dietary fiber, and essential minerals like magnesium and potassium – which are involved in bone health, blood pressure, mood, and sleep.
1 large organic Banana (not too ripe)
4 tablespoons of fresh Lemon juice
½ cup hulled Strawberries add Blueberries, Strawberries, or Blackberries
2 cups of Baby Spinach
Fresh Mint leaves
Put it all into a blender with 1 cup of cold water or almond milk and whip it up!
